Product Manager - QA & Release Coordination

About the role

As a Product Manager at Reonic, you will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers to ensure new features are tested thoroughly and releases run smoothly. You will act as a communication hub, coordinating release timelines and ensuring customer feedback is integrated into the product development process. This role involves working closely with engineering teams to improve product quality and the overall release lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing for upcoming releases and continuously test new features during development.
• Track features, changes, dependencies, and release timelines.
• Triage user feedback and bug reports, investigate issues, and translate findings into actionable tickets.
• Create release notes and conduct internal demos to communicate changes.
• Collaborate with engineers to remove ambiguity and ensure features meet customer needs.
