Technical Lead - AI Ops

About the role

Brevo is seeking a Technical Lead to drive the transformation of its operations into an AI-native environment. You will lead a team of engineers to design, build, and operate AI agents and applications in production, owning the architectural vision and technical direction. This role requires a hands-on builder who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate AI agents in production.
• Integrate internal data to build relevant context accurately and in a controlled way.
• Discover needs directly with business teams and contribute to the architectural vision of the agent platform.
• Own the architecture of solutions, including multi-agent design, routing, and observability.
• Manage deployment and operations, including CI/CD, monitoring, and agent observability.
• Set engineering standards for code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor and grow the engineers on the team.
