Project Engineer

About the role

The Project Engineer will provide technical coordination for an international industrial project involving the expansion of an air separation unit. This role involves managing technical constraints, coordinating multidisciplinary studies, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. The engineer will work closely with the Lead Project Engineer and various technical teams to optimize project costs and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Project Engineer in analyzing technical contractual clauses and drafting general project specifications.
• Coordinate technical studies across internal disciplines and manage equipment package integration with suppliers.
• Manage project PFD and PID in collaboration with process and technology teams.
• Participate in safety and risk management activities including HAZOP, AMDEC, ARA, and EVREX studies.
• Oversee technical documentation management, including assembly, startup, and as-built dossiers.
• Coordinate parts of the technical project team and arbitrate technical choices to ensure project objectives are met.
