Working Student / Internship HR Business Partner

About the role

As a Working Student in the HR Business Partnering team, you will support and guide early professionals throughout their journey at Quantum-Systems. You will act as a primary point of contact for interns and working students while contributing to strategic people initiatives and HR projects. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in performance development, compensation, and business partnering within a deep-tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for early professionals throughout their employee lifecycle
• Manage and coordinate onboarding, feedback conversations, development, and offboarding processes
• Collaborate with Recruiting, HR Operations, and managers to support early professional integration
• Contribute to HR Business Partnering projects, including creating guidelines and setting up workshops
• Assist managers in identifying development needs and creating tailored learning paths for early professionals
