Senior Financial Analyst, Deal Desk

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst will join the Deal Desk team within Strategic Finance to manage commercial agreements and complex business models. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to track revenue adjustments, support financial forecasting, and provide analytical insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of managing complex data sets and improving financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the company’s complex financial files used to track customer incentive programs and related revenue adjustments.
• Design Deal desk incentives in collaboration with the GTM organization to drive incremental revenue.
• Build quarterly post-mortems to assess the success of financial incentives and inform future strategy.
• Perform strategic financial modeling to support decision-making for the senior leadership team.
• Work cross-functionally to address data requests and provide clarity on key operational drivers.
• Project adjusted revenue based on live or expected deals to present an accurate picture of financial performance.
• Partner with Accounting during monthly and quarterly close processes to ensure accurate revenue adjustments.
• Serve as the owner of the company’s primary KPI file for Board of Directors meetings and strategic planning.
