Product & Growth Manager

About the role

The Product & Growth Manager will support the development and marketing of the company's IT service product. This role involves managing the product roadmap, executing B2B marketing campaigns, and driving sales to mid-sized enterprises. Additionally, the position focuses on digitizing processes and implementing AI-driven automation for marketing and sales workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage product scope, roadmap, and pricing models
• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and oversee implementation
• Develop positioning, messaging, and B2B lead generation campaigns
• Conduct sales activities including lead qualification, product presentations, and contract negotiations
• Build and maintain digital marketing and sales processes within the CRM
• Implement AI-supported automation for lead nurturing and content creation
• Establish KPI reporting for management
