Senior Value Engineer - Public Sector

About the role

As a Senior Value Engineer, you will spearhead AI and data-driven business transformation within the Public sector by contributing to your customer’s end-to-end value journey using the Celonis Context Model. You will combine technical execution with consulting and project management to orchestrate complex roadmaps and execute targeted transformation initiatives. Your core mandate is to improve how these businesses operate across their core ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Uncover the real issues by peeling back layers of organizational complexity and own the outcome from discovery through realized ROI.
• Cultivate executive sponsorship across core business units and co-own change management with customer leaders.
• Steer global transformations across complex workstreams and implement AI-driven account planning.
• Act as an AI-fluent operator, utilizing AI tools for rapid technical outputs while partnering with Applied Value Engineers.
• Build a strategic expansion roadmap to embed Celonis as a strategic platform and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Analytics
• Business or Economics degree paired with a technical minor
