Responsable Maintenance

About the role

The Maintenance Manager will lead the maintenance department and implement the maintenance strategy for the entire factory. Reporting to the Site Director, the role focuses on coordinating curative and preventive maintenance operations to ensure equipment availability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the performance of industrial tools by optimizing preventive maintenance and deploying the use of CMMS.
• Develop maintenance plans for both preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Organize corrective maintenance and develop tool renewal plans.
• Implement technical modifications to improve processes in terms of cost and productivity in collaboration with production.
• Apply technical regulations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure the availability of utilities and fluids.
• Optimize equipment availability rates.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in electromechanics
