Manager Clinical Data Management

About the role

The Manager, Clinical Data Management leads the clinical data management team to handle project documentation, system implementations for CONFORM eClinical, and clinical data management activities. This role oversees data management projects to ensure quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction while identifying client needs and developing creative solutions. The manager also communicates with clients and internal teams, ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Data Management services and relevant therapeutic requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support internal clinical data management initiatives
• Complete traditional and assigned data management operations and activities
• Contribute to project success by communicating with clients, enforcing standard operating procedures, and monitoring project progress
• Assist in the development and maintenance of systems used to support project infrastructure
• Work with Clinical Data Specialists to execute Data Management Plans
• Lead communication with clients and sponsors to deliver contracted services
• Ensure filing of all required documentation per company and project requirements
• Lead User Acceptance Testing on new software
• Select and interview clinical data manager candidates
• Train and guide junior team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Degree in a scientific, medical, or technological discipline
