About the role
The Product Manager will take end-to-end ownership of the telemedicine product, driving its strategic and operational development. This role involves managing the product roadmap, conducting market and trend analysis, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conception to market launch. The position acts as a central interface between IT, sales, marketing, and external partners to ensure product success.
Responsibilities
- Manage the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and market requirements.
- Develop and review pricing strategies for competitiveness and profitability.
- Define and prioritize functional requirements in collaboration with development teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between project management, IT, sales, marketing, and support.
- Monitor product KPIs and performance metrics to derive optimization measures.
- Plan and support product rollouts and internal/external communication.
