Solutions Delivery Manager

About the role

The Solutions Delivery Manager ensures the development, efficacy, and quality of Benchling solutions across the Customer Experience team. This role translates product capabilities into effective solutions for scientific use cases and enables the organization to operationalize best practices. The manager will partner with internal teams and customers to drive market adoption, particularly within the chemistry product area.

Responsibilities

• Navigate a budding product area through to market adoption by partnering with internal product, enablement, and delivery teams.
• Serve as a key advisor on customer accounts as an expert in the scientific and product space.
• Deliver services and oversee engagements to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Build and maintain a roadmap of solution assets and best practices documentation.
• Train and educate the broader CX organization through documentation and enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate across CX departments to reflect customer learnings into solution assets.
• Operationalize new product introduction motions to deliver insights.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams to align on product value and messaging.
