Solutions Delivery Manager

About the role

The Solutions Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring Benchling solution development, efficacy, and quality across the Customer Experience team. This role translates product capabilities into effective solutions for scientific use cases and enables the broader organization to operationalize best practices. You will partner with internal product and delivery teams while working directly with customers to drive market adoption and shape the vision for new product areas.

Responsibilities

• Navigate a budding product area through to market adoption by partnering with internal teams and customers.
• Serve as a key advisor on customer accounts as an expert in the scientific and product space.
• Deliver services and oversee engagements to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Build a roadmap of solution assets and maintain best practices documentation.
• Train and educate the broader CX organization through enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate across CX departments to reflect customer learnings into solution assets.
• Operationalize new product introduction motions to deliver insights.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams to align on product value.
