About the role

The role involves performing risk analysis and assessment for institutional financing in sectors such as real estate, housing, infrastructure, and renewable energy. The successful candidate will evaluate financial structures, make credit decisions within defined competencies, and provide intensive support for complex engagements. This position offers the opportunity to actively shape financing structures within a value-oriented credit institution.

Responsibilities

• Risk analysis and assessment of special real estate assets, housing companies, and network companies
• Examination of financing in the field of renewable energies
• Assessment of economic conditions, financing structures, and relevant risks
• Making credit decisions within own competencies
• Preparation of sound decision templates for other decision-makers
• Intensive support for risk-relevant special financing
• Advising institutional clients on financing structures and risk mitigation options
• Maintenance, implementation, and further development of team processes

Qualifications
