AI Transformation & Automation Lead

About the role

The AI Transformation & Automation Lead will play a central role in building scalable workflows and intelligent agent solutions. This position bridges technical understanding with business focus to prioritize impactful use cases and drive them from pilot phase to stable company-wide rollout.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an AI tool radar to identify process-specific tools and create cost-benefit analyses.
• Analyze recurring business processes to prioritize them by impact and feasibility, creating a clear implementation roadmap.
• Implement and roll out automations across departments such as Support, Operations, Finance, HR, and Sales.
• Develop and orchestrate agent applications, including task chains, tool integration, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Manage system integrations and define interfaces for CRM, ticketing, and knowledge base solutions.
• Empower teams through training, playbooks, and workflow templates to foster AI adoption.
• Establish governance and quality standards, including data usage and security guidelines.
• Measure the success of AI initiatives using KPIs such as time savings, error rates, and cost-benefit ratios.
