Senior/Staff Product Manager - Growth

About the role

The Product Manager for Growth will lead a small squad focused on discovering, validating, and shipping products to expand into the upmarket segment, including large VC funds and private equity managers. This is a greenfield role that requires taking ambiguous, zero-to-one problems and turning them into revenue-generating products. You will work closely with the commercial team to identify target accounts, prototype solutions, and manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to signed contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own the Growth squad end to end including discovery, roadmap, build, and commercial outcomes
• Work closely with Commercial to identify target accounts and conduct discovery calls, demos, and POC scoping
• Identify recurring problems across upmarket accounts and decide what to build to deliver the highest ROI
• Prototype fast using AI tooling to create tangible solutions for prospects
• Run experiments to quickly kill losers and double down on successful conversions
• Convert working prototypes into paid POCs and signed contracts
• Lead a small team of engineers as an active, hands-on product manager

Qualifications
