Benefits Manager

About the role

The Benefits Manager will own the end-to-end benefits offering for Kraken, ensuring it is valued by employees and competitive for talent. This hands-on role involves managing global benefits programs, vendor relationships, and compliance across multiple countries. The successful candidate will use data to evaluate current offerings, drive improvements, and support the company's growth into new markets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with in-country People Ops to manage day-to-day benefits programs including pensions, insurance, health, and leave.
• Manage brokers, providers, and renewals while optimizing costs and service quality.
• Ensure benefits compliance across all operating countries by tracking legislative changes.
• Use data to analyze benefit utilization and value, providing recommendations for additions or changes.
• Lead the global benefits review process, benchmarking offerings against the market.
• Maintain accurate benefits records, systems, and vendor data.
