Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Officer owns the daily inbound and outbound logistics function across Harmattan AI’s French sites in Wissous and Paris. This role requires significant autonomy in managing freight flows, customs compliance, dangerous goods, and international trade requirements. The successful candidate will bring senior operational experience to run the function independently while ensuring full compliance with defense-related export controls.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound freight flows including booking, tracking, customs clearance, and goods receipt.
• Proactively manage supplier and forwarder relationships to resolve delays and protect production schedules.
• Manage outbound shipments to customers, integrators, and trade events from booking through to proof of delivery.
• Prepare and verify export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and end-user certificates.
• Independently classify and document dangerous goods shipments under ADR, IATA DGR, and IMDG standards.
• Maintain full compliance records for audits and stay current on ITAR, EAR, and EU dual-use regulations.
• Coordinate goods flows between sites and identify process gaps to propose operational improvements.

Qualifications
