About the role
As a Project Manager in the translations department, you will manage multiple language-related projects simultaneously to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations. You will act as a key communicator between clients and internal teams, ensuring project requirements are clear and stakeholders are kept informed of progress. This role involves utilizing project management tools to maintain schedules, documentation, and financial records to support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support in planning, execution, and monitoring several language-related projects simultaneously using project management tools.
- Maintain and create project schedules and timelines ensuring they are in line with SLAs and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress, challenges, and successes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain project documentation including plans, reports, and communications using document management software.
- Prepare quotes and invoices using project management and accounting software.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures to maintain high-quality language services.
- Identify errors and areas of improvement and report them to relevant stakeholders.
- Support during meetings by documenting and distributing minutes and action items.

Qualifications
