System Engineer & Technical Project Coordinator

About the role

The System Engineer and Technical Project Coordinator ensures the smooth operation of IT systems while acting as a bridge between development, project management, and other departments. This role involves managing Oracle databases, cloud environments, and virtualization solutions, as well as providing technical support and coordinating projects from planning to implementation. The position requires a balance of technical expertise and strong communication skills to support customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical projects and act as a central interface between development and project management.
• Manage the installation, configuration, analysis, and maintenance of Oracle databases including backup and recovery.
• Administer and support cloud, virtualization, and Linux server environments.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support and utilize monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Assist in the calculation and creation of technical offers and project proposals.
• Create technical documentation and support system handovers to the support team.
• Participate in customer presentations, workshops, and internal knowledge transfer.
