Dispatch Specialist

About the role

The Dispatch Specialist I serves as the front line of the Proof marketplace, ensuring service of process jobs are successfully dispatched by connecting opportunities with independent contractor process servers. This role involves managing a specific territory, negotiating pricing with clients and servers, and maintaining high service levels. The specialist will use data to optimize workflows and contribute to the overall efficiency of the dispatch team.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory and become the subject-matter expert on regional licensing and coverage rules.
• Match jobs to process servers quickly and manage the dispatch queue to meet SLA targets.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with independent contractor process servers.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to negotiate solutions.
• Set and negotiate fair pricing that balances the needs of the server and the business.
• Document all client and server communications and job-related decisions.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to team improvements using data and dashboards.

Qualifications
