About the role
The Dispatch Specialist I serves as the front line of the Proof marketplace, ensuring service of process jobs are successfully dispatched by connecting opportunities with independent contractor process servers. This role involves managing a specific territory, negotiating pricing, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and servers to ensure efficient operations. The specialist uses data to track performance and continuously improves workflows to support the company's mission.
Responsibilities
- Own a territory and become the subject-matter expert on regional operational requirements.
- Match jobs to process servers quickly and manage dispatch requests to meet SLA targets.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with independent contractor process servers.
- Communicate with clients to negotiate solutions and handle inquiries via phone and email.
- Negotiate fair pricing that balances the needs of servers and the business.
- Document all client and server communications and job-related decisions.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and share insights to improve market performance.
- Support team members and use data dashboards to track and improve personal performance.
