About the role

The Head of Product, AI Enablement will own the product agenda for integrating AI into Awin's platform to create measurable business value. This role focuses on translating AI capabilities into practical product outcomes rather than experimental pilots. You will lead a product team and partner with executive leadership to align AI investments with company priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for AI-driven value and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
• Convert AI capabilities into a sequenced product roadmap with clear outcomes.
• Partner with executive leadership to align AI investment with commercial priorities.
• Hire and develop product talent to execute the AI product agenda.
• Make disciplined decisions on build versus buy for AI tooling based on opportunity cost.
• Ensure AI capabilities are adopted by internal and external users to drive measurable results.
