Training Coordinator / Trainer

About the role

The Training Coordinator will design, deliver, and update theoretical and practical technical training courses within the aeronautical field. This role involves managing training equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and handling administrative tasks to support participant development. The position requires regular travel to Toulouse and a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality training standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, deliver and update theoretical and practical technical training courses in the aeronautical field.
• Develop and update training content and teaching materials based on identified needs.
• Organise and monitor participants progress, assess learning outcomes and propose areas for improvement.
• Ensure that the training center and workshops are clean, tidy and in good condition.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules in workshops and training areas.
• Keep attendance sheets and training follow-up documents up to date.
• Prepare a detailed weekly report to be validated with the line manager.
