QA Engineer

About the role

Foundation Health is seeking a QA Engineer to join their team as one of the first quality assurance hires in the UK. You will work alongside the UK QA Lead to establish testing frameworks, standards, and processes for an AI-powered pharmacy operating system. This role involves hands-on testing of web applications, APIs, and AI-driven features to ensure high-quality releases for enterprise health systems.

Responsibilities

• Help shape the UK QA practice including frameworks, standards, and daily workflows
• Write automated tests using Playwright and test APIs with Postman
• Test AI-powered features, agentic workflows, and LLM outputs in production
• Perform manual testing, regression, and UAT when necessary
• Collaborate closely with engineers to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle
