About the role

Cordes Consulting GmbH is a rapidly growing digital agency helping craft businesses attract skilled workers through innovative social media strategies. As an Online-Marketing-Trainee, you will learn the craft of online marketing from the ground up through an intensive internal training program. You will eventually be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing marketing campaigns across social media platforms to support client employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Planning and designing online marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Writing advertising copy for client employer branding
• Designing and creating landing pages and career sites
• Launching and managing online marketing campaigns
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results
• Communicating with project management and clients regarding campaign status
