Senior Backend Product Engineer (Elixir)

About the role

The Intelligence team is seeking a backend-heavy product engineer to build and integrate AI capabilities across the Tellent suite. You will own features from conception to delivery, ensuring they are reliable, maintainable, and provide real value to users. This role involves working across the stack to solve complex problems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered features into mature products with real users.
• Work across the stack as needed, focusing primarily on backend development.
• Take ownership of delivered features to ensure they are well-tested and maintainable.
• Collaborate with Backend and Frontend Engineers, Design, QA, and DevOps to solve complex problems.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience with Elixir
• Strong backend development experience in Ruby on Rails, Python, Java, or PHP
