About the role

The Reconciliation Officer will deliver high-quality operational services to clients and internal partners while maintaining strong operational relationships. This role involves managing daily reconciliation outputs, handling data loads, and resolving load failures to ensure service standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class operational services to clients and internal partners.
• Support and maintain strong operational relationships across the Operations business.
• Engage with external stakeholders to maintain and improve service standards.
• Ensure collaborative engagement globally to foster positive working relationships.
• Produce high-quality reconciliation outputs daily.
• Manage data loads and resolve load failures.
• Perform manual matching.
