About the role

Bloomreach is building an agentic platform for personalization that leverages AI to revolutionize customer journeys. As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer on the Personify team, you will be the first QA dedicated to this product, responsible for defining testing strategies and ensuring high-quality delivery for our Shopify integration. You will work in a collaborative, agile environment, balancing automated and manual testing while contributing to technical design and team growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the team's testing strategy
• Automate testing processes and perform manual testing as needed
• Apply AI tools to enhance testing workflows
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other QA teams
• Contribute to technical design decisions and conduct code reviews
• Help team members grow through mentorship and feedback
