About the role

The Regional General Manager provides strategic leadership and direction to deliver safe operations and drive excellence in operational performance and guest service through contracted service partners. This role involves leading a team of Regional Managers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires an experienced leader to balance the needs of guests, partners, and the business while maintaining consistent service standards across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a Safety Above All culture by ensuring service partners achieve safety targets and addressing operational risks.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Regional Managers to deliver operational, guest experience, and financial objectives.
  • Provide strategic oversight of airport operations to ensure consistent execution of standards and priorities.
  • Deliver regional operational performance through station action plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide governance through audits, operational reviews, and performance assessments to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Analyze operational performance and safety data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and prioritize resources.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex operational, guest, commercial, and safety issues.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with airport authorities, service partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
