About the role

The Regional General Manager provides strategic leadership and direction to deliver safe operations and excellence in guest service through contracted service partners. This role involves leading a team of Regional Managers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across airport touchpoints. The position requires an experienced leader capable of balancing the needs of guests, partners, and the business while overseeing operational performance and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Foster a Safety Above All culture by ensuring service partners achieve safety targets and address operational risks.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Regional Managers to deliver operational performance and guest satisfaction.
• Provide strategic oversight of airport operations to ensure consistent execution of standards and priorities.
• Deliver regional operational performance by achieving objectives and driving continuous improvement through station action plans.
• Provide governance through audits, operational reviews, and performance assessments to ensure adherence to standards.
• Analyze operational performance and safety data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and prioritize resources.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for Regional Managers regarding complex operational, guest, and safety issues.
• Partner with the Strategic Procurement team to develop service partner strategies and ensure cost-effective operations.
