• Create a healthy and predictable pace of work by planning, removing blockers, and orchestrating dependencies.
• Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements and technical implementation strategies.
• Drive technical solution design and implementation while ensuring alignment with engineering standards.
• Manage technical debt and provide support for existing systems.
• Contribute to the evolution of engineering practices and cross-team initiatives.
