Senior Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead large-scale, socially relevant IT projects using agile, classic, or hybrid methodologies. You will manage interdisciplinary teams, translate client requirements into IT solutions, and act as a Product Owner in agile setups. Additionally, you will advise clients on digital transformation and mentor junior project management colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Realize large-scale IT projects using agile, classic, or hybrid methodologies
• Translate client requirements into IT solutions and processes while acting as a Product Owner
• Manage interdisciplinary project teams and stakeholder interfaces
• Facilitate client workshops and develop strategies for efficient digital implementation
• Identify optimization potential and drive change management processes
• Mentor PM colleagues and contribute to the development of the internal methodology toolset
