About the role
As a Senior Business Transformation Analyst, you will lead sub-projects and workstreams within the Transformation Management department to drive process enhancements and IT solutions. You will focus on optimizing marketing, product development, sales, and quality management processes to streamline customer engagement and operational effectiveness. This role involves managing cross-functional projects, representing the department to stakeholders, and mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage sub-projects or components of larger transformation projects in alignment with strategic goals.
- Represent Business Transformation in discussions with Management Units, Group Functions, or external partners.
- Provide subject-matter expertise in areas such as process design, IT systems, and change management.
- Lead the development of functional specifications, process improvements, or organizational designs.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
