About the role
The Solutions Architect acts as the primary technical authority during the sales cycle, translating complex workload requirements into viable GPU cloud solutions on the Hyperstack platform. This role sits at the intersection of sales, infrastructure, and the customer, ensuring that proposed designs are technically sound and deliverable. You will engage directly with customers to produce detailed architecture designs and support commercial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical sales cycle end-to-end from initial customer brief through architecture design, proposal, and delivery handover.
- Engage directly with prospective and existing customers to understand workload requirements and produce detailed solution designs.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineering, Data Centre, Infrastructure, and Network Engineering teams to validate delivery feasibility.
- Build and maintain a library of reference architectures and solution templates for AI/ML, HPC, and rendering workloads.
- Develop technical proposals, RFP responses, and statements of work with clear scoping and risk assessments.
- Define and maintain comprehensive Bills of Materials for all proposed solutions.
- Provide feedback on customer requirements and competitive intelligence to influence the product roadmap.

Qualifications
- Experience in HPC or AI software stack design and delivery at scale
- Background in an OEM, hyperscaler, neo-cloud, or enterprise/research HPC environment
