Working Student – Invoice Checking

About the role

As a Working Student in the Invoicing Team, you will support the review of carrier invoices and contribute to efficient billing processes. You will collaborate with an international team to ensure invoice accuracy, handle claims, and assist in the implementation of a new accounting system. This role offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in accounts payable and receivable within the logistics sector.

Responsibilities

• Review and check carrier invoices across different brands and countries.
• Handle invoice claims and clarify discrepancies.
• Review carrier rates to ensure they are correctly reflected in invoice checks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information required for invoice checks.
• Support the posting of carrier invoices for LMS Next.
• Test improvements to the invoice checking process and support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
