Special Projects Manager

About the role

As a Special Projects Manager in the CEO Office, you will own and manage high-impact projects end-to-end to ensure successful platform launches and operational readiness. You will work closely with the founders to align cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and drive decision-making processes. This role requires turning complex information into actionable plans and ensuring seamless execution across product, commercial, and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Run the project operating system including task tracking, open-questions logs, and weekly syncs.
• Own the integrated project plan across product, go-live, commercial, legal, and enablement teams.
• Turn open questions into decision briefs and escalate risks with clear options.
• Drive readiness across Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Solution Engineering teams.
• Coordinate pilot customers and advisors while planning future facility rollouts.

Qualifications
