Senior Manager- Asset Management and Operations

About the role

Baringa is seeking an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join their Transition, Assets and Infrastructure practice. The role involves leading asset management and operational transformation programs for clients in energy, utilities, and infrastructure sectors, focusing on improving asset performance and reliability through technology and data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of asset management and operational transformation programs for asset-intensive clients.
• Implement predictive maintenance strategies to improve asset performance across the lifecycle.
• Provide advisory services for EAM and CMMS platforms such as IBM Maximo.
• Integrate IT and OT systems, defining governance, data ownership, and security models.
• Manage client relationships and hold commercial and delivery accountability for engagements.
• Build and coach high-performing teams while fostering an inclusive environment.
• Contribute to business growth by shaping propositions and developing client relationships.
