Senior Learning and Enablement Manager

About the role

The Senior Learning and Enablement Manager is a manager-player role responsible for both strategic direction and hands-on delivery of training programmes. This role owns the design, implementation, and optimisation of learning initiatives that empower teams to maximise their impact across product knowledge and commercial best practices. The successful candidate will lead a small team of enablement specialists while personally facilitating sessions and ensuring programmes translate into meaningful performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a global L&D strategy aligned with business goals and GTM objectives.
• Design and facilitate engaging live and virtual training across product, industry, and commercial skill areas.
• Manage the L&D budget, vendor relationships, and learning platform roadmaps.
• Partner with departmental leaders to develop role-specific learning paths and embed learning into performance ecosystems.
• Establish KPIs to assess the ROI and impact of learning programmes through dashboards and reporting.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of enablement specialists to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications
