About the role

KB Anlagenbau is seeking an experienced site manager or lead fitter to oversee complex projects in plant and pipeline construction. The role involves coordinating site operations, managing teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to high quality standards. You will act as the primary link between project management, clients, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead site teams and coordinate daily operations to meet project goals.
• Implement project management specifications with a focus on quality, schedule, and safety.
• Serve as the communication bridge between project management, clients, and subcontractors.
• Document construction progress to ensure transparent and traceable site records.
• Plan logistics to ensure materials, equipment, and personnel are available as needed.

Qualifications
