Legal & Compliance Ops

About the role

The Corporate team is looking for an operations professional to build compliance products that integrate legal, privacy, governance, risk, and security processes into the company's product development. You will design and implement automated, AI-enabled workflows to replace manual, disconnected processes, ensuring the company remains compliant while scaling efficiently. This role involves identifying bottlenecks, redesigning end-to-end processes, and measuring the impact of your solutions on both the Corporate team and the internal stakeholders they serve.

Responsibilities

• Make regulated work scale by building a layer that absorbs regulatory load as the company grows.
• Rebuild processes end to end by identifying pain points and redesigning them for speed and efficiency.
• Build practical automation and AI-enabled workflows using no-code, low-code, or other tools to remove repetitive work.
• Spot potential bottlenecks and design solutions that balance compliance requirements with operational speed.
• Measure the success of shipped solutions by setting clear goals and tracking adoption, quality, and efficiency.
