About the role

The Corporate team is looking for an operations professional to build compliance products that integrate legal, privacy, and security processes into the company's product development. You will design automated, AI-enabled workflows to replace manual processes, ensuring the company remains compliant while scaling efficiently. This role focuses on creating seamless, scalable systems that reduce friction for both the Corporate team and the internal teams they serve.

Responsibilities

• Build compliance products and tooling that scale as the company grows.
• Redesign end-to-end processes to improve speed and efficiency.
• Develop practical automation and AI-enabled workflows to remove repetitive tasks.
• Identify and mitigate bottlenecks to maintain compliance without sacrificing speed.
• Measure the impact of implemented changes to ensure continuous improvement and adoption.
