Test Engineer

About the role

Linro is seeking a dedicated quality engineer to own the test strategy and regression platform for their cloud-security product. You will be responsible for ensuring the correctness of the policy engine, managing CI quality gates, and overseeing testing across web frontends, plugins, and integrations. This role involves building and maintaining automated test suites to validate AI-written code and infrastructure changes.

Responsibilities

• Own the test strategy and the regression platform including nightly, pre-release, and production runs.
• Build a reference set of test cases for the policy engine using property-based and differential testing.
• Manage test environments including cloud accounts, emulators, and capacity monitoring.
• Own CI quality gates in GitHub Actions and review tests produced by AI coding agents.
• Extend test coverage across the web frontend, plugins, integrations, and MCP server.
