About the role
The Senior Contracts and Budget Associate will review, draft, negotiate, and track various legal agreements, including confidentiality disclosure agreements, clinical trial agreements, and site budgets. This role involves working closely with the Clinical Operations study team to ensure deliverables align with project timelines and expectations. The associate will also manage administrative tasks related to contract maintenance and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and negotiate agreements and amendments such as CDAs, CTAs, and site budgets.
- Lead interactions with internal study teams, sites, and sponsors regarding agreements.
- Collaborate with supervisors and stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
- Update study team members and sponsors on the status of contract negotiations.
- Coordinate the execution of agreements and maintain contract files and databases.
