About the role

Cordes Consulting GmbH is a rapidly growing digital agency helping craft businesses attract skilled workers through social media strategies. As an IT-Systemintegrator, you will design and automate business processes using modern tools to ensure seamless data flows and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing CRM systems and developing interfaces to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Automatisierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse mit No-Code / Low-Code Tools wie n8n, Zapier, Make
• Aufbau, Pflege und Verwaltung von Airtable-Datenbanken
• Entwicklung von Front-Ends und Interfaces mit No-Code / Low-Code-Tools
• Management und Weiterentwicklung unseres CRM-Systems (insbesondere HubSpot)
• Planung, Umsetzung und Implementierung von neuen Geschäftsprozessen
• Dokumentation & Konzeption von digitalen Geschäftsprozessen
• Anwenderschulung & -betreuung

Qualifications
