About the role

As a Field Value Engineer, you will bring the RIZMO autonomous AI agent to industrial clients by building live energy system models and optimizing energy management. You will work directly on-site to train the agent with field feedback, develop business cases, and uncover cost-saving potential for large industrial companies. This role requires a hands-on approach to integrating energy systems and delivering measurable results in euros and megawatt hours.

Responsibilities

  • Build live models of entire energy systems including power, gas, steam, water, waste heat, generation and battery storage.
  • Develop scenarios, business cases, what-if analyses and investment roadmaps together with clients.
  • Support cross-site live optimization across day-ahead, intraday and grid services markets.
  • Improve the RIZMO agent by parsing technical documents, researching parameters, and running optimizations.
  • Uncover unstated requirements from operators, plant managers and CFOs and defend business cases up to C-level.
