Account Growth Manager

About the role

The Account Growth Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships to maximize satisfaction, retention, and profitability. This role involves identifying opportunities for account expansion and growth while collaborating with internal stakeholders to execute effective account strategies. The position focuses on driving revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring the successful adoption of Documo's platform.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement account development strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Analyze account data and performance metrics to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and securing annual renewals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to negotiate contracts and ensure alignment with customer goals.
• Monitor account performance and proactively address potential churn or issues.
• Maintain deep knowledge of products and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
