Quality and Assurance Manager

About the role

The Quality and Assurance Manager will lead and improve quality management processes to ensure products, services, and operations meet internal standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, manage quality risks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will oversee the Quality Management System and drive initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements
• Define and monitor quality objectives, KPIs, and performance indicators
• Lead internal and external audits and coordinate corrective and preventive actions
• Identify quality risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures
• Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities and ensure effective root-cause analysis
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
