About the role
Flip is seeking a Director or VP of Marketing to lead the company's marketing team into its next growth phase. The role involves scaling the brand, driving inbound growth, and managing a team of over 10 professionals across events, digital, content, and design. You will work closely with the leadership team to shape the marketing strategy and ensure alignment with sales and international expansion goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of over 10 people including heads and senior individual contributors.
- Drive inbound growth through website conversion, paid media, SEO, and email nurturing.
- Build a distinctive brand identity across social media, video, and events.
- Collaborate with Sales, BDR, and RevOps to ensure pipeline quality and CRM hygiene.
- Represent marketing within the leadership team and to investors.
- Manage marketing budgets and performance metrics including SAO and CAC.

Qualifications
- Proven experience building a brand-driven growth engine
