Senior Applied AI Manager

About the role

The Senior AI Engineering Manager will lead cutting-edge AI projects and mentor a team of high-level engineers. You will be responsible for transforming client challenges into concrete, innovative solutions while overseeing the technical and functional design of projects. This role involves managing a team of Data Scientists, driving business development, and providing technical consulting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and functional design for projects including GenAI, LLM, VLM, NLP, and RAG.
• Ensure project quality, planning, and budget adherence while maintaining client relationships.
• Conduct technical consulting missions such as audits, AI strategy, and architecture design.
• Contribute to business development by creating technical proposals and participating in client pitches.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of up to 7 Data Scientists.
