Product Engineer

About the role

The Product Engineer will take technical ownership of the steel product portfolio and support the development of innovative products, materials, and manufacturing processes. This role involves working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to improve product performance, quality, and competitiveness.

Responsibilities

• Own technical specifications and performance of the steel product portfolio.
• Drive product improvements and new product development projects.
• Evaluate and validate new materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct product testing and customer trials.
• Maintain technical documentation, specifications, and product databases.
• Support patent activities and strategic technical initiatives.
• Develop technical training materials for Sales and Service teams.
• Collaborate on CAPEX projects and process improvements.
